Cross Songs is an independent music-discovery platform presenting authorised transformations of songs across languages and genres. The service is operated by Mariano Caffaro in Italy.

You may browse the catalogue and use the listening and MY CROSSLIST functions for personal, lawful and non-commercial purposes.

Without prior written permission or another valid legal basis, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce or redistribute audio, images or other site content.
  • Sell, publicly perform or make site content available elsewhere.
  • Scrape or systematically extract catalogue information.
  • Circumvent playback or other technical restrictions.
  • Use the website or its content for an unlawful purpose.
  1. Music and visual rights

Audio published by Cross Songs is produced through Suno under a plan granting commercial-use rights. Cross Songs represents that it has obtained the permissions required for the underlying works and adaptations it publishes.

Song titles, artist names and references to original works are used for identification and editorial context. Rights in third-party names, compositions, lyrics, trademarks and other protected material remain with their respective owners.

The presence of an artist or work does not imply endorsement of Cross Songs unless expressly stated.

Images and other visual material are used under authorisation, licence, applicable permission or another lawful basis.

If you are a rights holder and believe material has been used incorrectly, contact crosssongs.music@gmail.com with the relevant URL and enough information to identify the material. We will review complete requests promptly.

  1. AI-assisted production disclosure

Cross Songs uses artificial-intelligence tools, including Suno, as part of its audio production process.

AI assistance does not imply that Suno or any referenced artist endorses Cross Songs or the published adaptations.

  1. MY CROSSLIST

MY CROSSLIST stores selections locally in the visitor’s browser. Cross Songs does not guarantee that saved selections will remain available if browser data is deleted, storage is disabled or the website changes.

  1. Availability

We may modify, suspend or remove content or features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of any track or compatibility with every device.

The website may use or link to third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Cross Songs is not responsible for third-party websites outside its control.
